Introduction
traconazole is a new generation of highly effective broad-spectrum anti-fungal triazole that binds to fungal cytochrome P450 isoenzymes and inhibits ergosterol synthesis. Function

Itraconazole has a broader spectrum of activity than fluconazole (but
